Andre and all, I think I understand the deal Qcom is offering, please put me right if necessary. Qcom is saying lend us money, we'll pay you 5 3/4% And give you the option of buying shares at 23-25% premium over the current(ish) price.

If That's right then I have a question:

Does a $1 000 loan obtain the right to buy just $1 000 dollars worth of at the price stated? If so, then I agree it seems a v. good deal
for current shareholders.
