Time to run up the white flag for MS? zdnet.com Many antitrust specialists, who not long ago thought Microsoft would win its antitrust battle against the government, now believe it's a lost cause. "The government has shown beyond a doubt that Microsoft has engaged in exclusionary conduct. There's absolutely no doubt about that," said University of Baltimore Professor Bob Lande. "The government will win at the Supreme Court," he said, dismissing any chance for a successful appeal. And so on.
