Yeah, I don't think Denver, Vegas, Dallas, or NYC will catch Vancouver for some time to come.. . . .the only city in North America that could ever surpass Vancouver as scammiest in North America, IMO, is Boca Raton. I am always amazed at what I see coming from there, and I would think they have a head start on the SEC. . .so there may be a year or two of lawlessness, before they get shut down. Funny thing. . .Boca Raton in 1980 was so quiet and beautiful. . . I wanted to live there, but it was too far a comute to school and work. Much has changed, I am sure. Rande Is
