I think you should rethink your feelings re JT. He brought a company from nowhere to 400+million ahead of time. He built a team that can handle the consolidation He built a team that is capable, qualified, experienced and seasoned. He built a team that has access to the MACC's by virtue of past friendships and working relationships. He brought the science to an area that was fragmented yet large and significant and put together the alliances to give them future dominance. Don't underestimate that. He, is guilty, perhaps of over exuberance and of trying to forecast the future and giving a date. For that he and the stock have been crucified. So was Chrysler, so was AOL as well as others. They did well but others did not. I have done the same number of acquisitions in a different field and with an unlisted company. We got the consolidations under control rapidly after we ran into trouble with the first several. We managed differently as well. We were criticized for being overbearing and autocratic. Their team has developed their program so are all behind it and prepared to march after the spring sales. I spoke with Ingram and the accounting was literally in bags in some cases. Finding and verifying assets was and is a nightmare. But, kpmg is working alongside their crew and extra effort is being extended. Who is right? How many ways are there to add to 10? Its hard to say. We are where we are. If a few things happen right all will be fine. In spite of the rhetoric the meeting was relatively positive. The group left know they have a job to do and I hope will do it. So put your rope away. And time will tell
