You underestimate yourself. You're a more knowledgeable individual than you think. :o)

As to specific restrictions preventing an order from appearing on MD, you're right on on presuming that orders with an all or none restriction do not appear on MD. You can also add any order with a minimum share count restriction. However, 'day only' orders do appear unless they have another restriction attached to the order.
