ya, I nevered owned it ,but I remember looking at it when it was .40 because it was non-reporting I just passed on it,Grrrr. they are going to have one hell of a time to ,putting everything together, with so many deals, when required, to be a filing company to remain on the BB with the new law starting this year in July they start with a " C " might be a good short down the road around August, Sept.
