Hi Ken..likely more on the exploration side here but overseas most of their work is long term contract. Been watching this stock since IPO (in mid 1980's) which was at $10!! Only exceeded that last year. The restructuring and special dividend seems to have marked the start of the current slump despite record earnings. last year's fire season saved many R/W companies bacon. Can't count on that every year! Hope the very reasonable P/E on operating earnings will become attractive again however next month's earnings announcement will as usual report a loss. In this market hard to say what the reaction will be..anyway it is still historically at it's lower end of the price range. Regards DJ
