I've seen this 'window dressing' thing at work. I've made a tidy profit (still holding) following LSI year end 'window dressing' fund purging, down to the wire on 12/31 ($16). Maybe it's the same thing here on a 30 day scale. I'm noting that SUNW is off from the 2/1 price. Maybe it's as simple as managers bailing on unprofitable 30 day holdings at month end.

Look at us Charles, we're doing some kinda TA thing! :)
