James,
The decline may indeed be slowing...
It seems pretty obvious that both individual and [what relatively few] institutions (now <8%) that hold AXC are ALSO slowly growing impatient, selling, or are moving where there is more action, greed, or whatever you call it. (Note how AXC moves down on many days when the mkts. move up). Anyway, it just isn't AXC's turn yet.
TC2000 shows that the systematic selling (perhaps among other things) that has depressed the price may indeed be slowing. But, systematic BUYING hasn't resumed yet either. In most past similar cases, this has caused the stock price's decline to slow and the price has then either moved horizontally (based) or has started to rebound slowly. All of this, of course, in the absence of any news, which we're all thirsting to hear! If anyone has TC2000, check out "Balance of Power" on AXC and please comment back...
I also have MarketArts Window on Wall Street Pro 4.0 which is also a nice tool for TA.
