Sounds OK Paul, but I'm still doubtful. Well, not doubtful but cautious. 35 % of something for nothing kind of seems weird. There is no free lunch except for the real poor. Is the Japan Ministry of Post and Telecom giving away what the FCC is auctioning here ? Why would they give it away ? Regardless, it appears to be a plus for WCII. The Price may be Right but I don't have any idea to what extent. Do you have any thoughts on the Nippon --TGNT partnership there ? Well, maybe you don't cause it just flew into my mind as I typed.
