tom, Re: CSGI the company I mentioned was and is still talking with CSGI regarding a strategic alliance. Basically, they would offer CSGI's software as a viable solution to there own clients. However, I have no further information as to when or if this alliance will happen. There are many, many, other things going on with CSGI. My outlook for the stock is still $20+ there are several announcements that are pending release, and we should see a good move up in the stock. I don't know why you can not get filled. I have not had any problems as of yet. You might want to make sure you are placing your orders near the ASK and not the BID. Now if you have been putting your orders on or above the ASK and you don't get filled, then it is a problem with the broker. good luck. by the way you are dead on RE: email service.
