MB: I have a strange question about stock picking. Why do people find it so necessary to search high and low for "the next one", when they could simply trade a handful of high beta stocks, or in my case, S&P futures, and spend their free time engaged in leisurely activities. After 14 years in the business I still haven't figured it out. This need to search out the net ten bagger is very prevalent among stockbrokers as well. I just don't understand it.
