I think APCO has bottomed here. It is sitting just above the 200dma and the trendline established in Nov-Dec. Stochastics, DMI, and MACD are all beginning to turn up - we should know for sure next week. It appeared to be under accumulation today, and I bot some as well. As long as it can stay above the trendline then it should be just fine.
