Oberweis has a good reputation , but what he is saying has been said continuously for the last 2 years (at least). Small cap stocks ARE cheap. Yet I have seen reports saying that about 80% of the growth in the NASD Composite Index is accounted for by the twenty highest cap stocks on the NASD. So look at DELL, CSCO, INTC, some internets, and you'll see where the money has been going. Aside from those stocks, it has been a very blah year, including those low caps.

I'd like to see the small growth companies (including CHCS) prosper, but I don't see anything yet that says old patterns are about to change.
