Does anyone know how long it takes for a filing to show up at Edgar? =================== It can take some time Rick. I'd say at least a few days after the filing sometimes longer. I think EDGAR has some deal with private firms where they give them a few days to sell copies of the filings prior to putting them into the public domain.
