You make a good point, Colin, about microcap fraud in the old, telephone scaming wild and wooly days. The internet has made all kinds of scammers and scammees more transparent, i.e., transparency works both ways.

I don't believe the first batch of Prodigy Fraud cases last year only were slapped on the wrist. In Raleigh's case, the fine alone will probably put him 6' under.

BTW, I didn't dig this one up, this one came to me by one of my rav fav sources..., so credit to whom credit is due.
