EDUV - Valueline rating system letter just out rated the internet the #1 best rating for the near term future. Guess what the # 2 rating is? Education services. Did I just hear a bell go off? Did I just see a bright light flash in front of my eyes? Will I be buying this stock Monday morning with hope of accumulating through the week as people catch on?
