Sorry, P.F., my surfing skills are exceeded only by my typos...try sec.gov and THEN type in DROM...believe you'll find what you seek. REMEMBER, I never said FTEL IS a dud, I'm just saying I wouldn't be surprised to read of more SEC fraud charges against RB. Oh, and thanks for the oooogha spelling lesson...as you can tell, the closest I ever got to an oooooogha is the horn on my '43 Packard horn!
