Navigator Exploration Corp. - Private Placement Completion

VANCOUVER, BC, Feb. 10 /CNW/ - Navigator Exploration Corp.
(''Navigator'') today announces that it has completed a private placement of a
total of 1,000,000 units at a price of $1.00 per unit, each consisting of one
common share and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant is exercisable for
the purchase of one additional common share for two years at a price of $1.20.
The private placement transaction is at arm's length to Navigator.
The Alberta Stock Exchange has approved the completion of the private
placement subject to the filing of final materials.

The Alberta Stock Exchange has neither approved nor disapproved the
information contained herein.
