Hi Dick,

I took this downward move to reestablish a full position. Bought yesterday at 36.5 (too early) and today at 30.5. Won't be chasing any more, not my style. Do you ever go on those boards where people literally chase a stock into near bankruptcy.

Looks like neither of our theories worked this time. I'm sort of concerned that PRIA has plunged under the 50 DMA. Its not pronounced yet. AMAT and KLAC are holding their lines. Check out a chart of AMAT for 2 or 5 years, with 50 and 200 DMA's (Yahoo will do this). AMAT is remarkable in that it historically hugs the moving averages in textbook fashion. If AMAT goes under, we could have a problem, but I'm anticipating a bounce upward from here. PRIA et. al. should follow.

We had a major upward trend established in October based on the semiconductor outlook in the next few years. The outlook has firmed and is looking even brighter. I have never known a major trend to break after just four months.
