G'day all - Ramsey, while agreeing with you and Steve, China can certainly determine different wireless solutions, especially since she is not too saddled with preexisting technologies, and there is indeed human right abuses even in the most advanced countries like the US and the UK, saying China historically does not the concept of human right is a matter of sophistry. While divine right was used in the old days [btw, I am not a scholar, but some people may take exception to the idea that China is the longest surviving civilization,] the 24 Sets of History were laden with justifications of succession of dynasties. The right of revolution under an oppressive regime devoid of despotic kindness is more a norm than an exception. Besides, even the Chinese govt of the past 50 years [and Taiwan, to throw in for good measure] has accepted Dr Sun Yat San as the founding father of Modern China. And if you will recall, Dr Sun's political foundation is the "three citizen doctrine." If that is not human right incarnate, what is ?!

best, Bosco
