Well here we have a company...SURG...that is supposedly an up and coming power in their industry, with great things planned for the future...a dirt cheap stock price as compared to estimated future revenue....newly hired Management....and supposed unlimited upside potential.
Then we have a place that puts these companies together with analysts, MM's and big money investors. It is done on a regular basis throughout the year.
I can only ask myself why SURG would not want to participate in this. Put this aside and even still....This company does nothing...zero...zilch...in the way of customer/investor relations. They keep the current shareholders 100% in the dark.
I look around me and I see hundreds and hundreds of small companies trying to make a name for themselves. If your not MSFT, DELL, AOL and etc...you can't get by on brand name...you must put forth some effort to get recognized. I see all these small companies getting wrote up in trade magazines, putting out news releases on a regular basis, keeping current investors informed and doing anything possible to drum up new interest in the company. Why does SURG not do this ? This is very odd in my eyes. They will not make it based on the laurels of some new product ( they tell us nothing about ) they sell to some hospitals...without investors, they are, and will be nothing.
The volume on this stock is sickening to say the least. SURG needs to stand up and be recognized. I am frankly very pissed they could get involved with that cheesy promoter, and now, after numerous shareholders have been screwed because of that...they do nothing. Sure, they can let some pump and dump sleaze ball drum up interest in their company allowing shareholders to lose a fortune, but then they can sit back and say ...we don't give a sh*t. What happened with this crap from a few months ago...good things happened at the show, but we can't talk about that right now....I remember when they said they would be a fully reporting company...would be putting out monthly interviews with key members of SURG and etc, etc.....an awful lot of hogwash for a company that now sits on their a*s and does nothing.
Do I sound pissed...Yes, and getting more pissed everyday. Not at the performance of the stock mind you, but simply at the fact the company said an awful lot and has not followed up on or done the things they said they would. They do nothing to keep us informed...nothing to attract new investors and thats the bottom line.... The way things are we can all sit here for the next 10 years and our shares will be worthless. |
