Don,

The issue was MSOffice..I saw it as advertised as a CD and they sent a license. But here is their response. As usual, there is no name or phone number or email address...they just direct you to thier website to fill out a form.

distributor on this matter and are in the process of issuing you a
return authorization. As of now we are waiting for approval for an RMA
