I am not proposing that TECH buy CIST. I was just wonder how it would affect CIST shareholders. BSTC & CIST Merger -- NOT according to somebody at BSTC (post 1954) "While we are interested in expanding our business, the company you suggest would not fit in well with our focus on collagenase."
