When a company falls into a downdraft of bad news about OTHER companies (i.e., no indication of company specific problems), it's a good buying opportunity. I'll be doubling my holding.

PS--I agree with David. Very little of FIBR's revenue is at risk in a price war between INTC and COMS (bet on the guy with the deepest pockets in this kind of competition). And networking is still a huge growth industry. Check out new IPO Cienna (CIEN) which makes a product that permits existing fiber optic cable to carry 16x the amount of data that it does at present. Things like these may slow down the "world wide wait," while they're getting around to inventing the technology that will permit doing all this stuff wireless, by satellites.
