That post from thestreet.com on I think last Tuesday was I think the problem. That followed the really lame appearance the CEO made on CNBC after the earnings disappointment. The fact that on that interview he did not aggressively defend his earnings in conjunction with the obvious undertones of another famous thestreet.com short attack did the trick for sure.

If this is not the worst management mess I have ever seen...

Does SE treat its customers the way it treats its shareholders?

I hope the major owners of SE stock as registered last week via SEC filings do something. This stock is actually at a lower price today than three years ago. This is the best measure of a CEO that I know of. This CEO I am sad to say appears to be a complete failure. I believe the Board of Directors are breaching their fiduciary duty if they don't do something about this mess. SE could be a 60 dollar stock if CEO was fired and replaced by someone who knew what he is doing.

Sure hope this mess gets cleaned up as I am down a small fortune on this one.

Good luck to all.
