From Marketwatch:

Intel (INTC) fell 7 13/16 to 119 15/16 after the company finally announced its Rambus (RMBS) dynamic random access memory product will be delayed until the third quarter this year.

It was originally expected to be in place by summer, but the Rambus chip delay could mean some customers may have to wait before upgrading to Intel's new Pentium III processor, according to analyst Erika Klauer at BT Alex. Brown.

Klauer said the news "may increase near-term volatility in stock prices of Intel and other semiconductor companies, (but) we believe the the issue is short-term in nature."

also: according to Yahoo post there's a positive mention in Barrons - can anybody cut and paste this article?
