Zucco didn't even show at the meeting. The clerk Beth (Elizabeth) conducted the show in his absence. I was moved by the lack of shareholders present at the meeting. Boston police officers were there and we had to go through a metal detector to get to the meeting. I was the first one there. I met a nice gentleman from Lowell and talk football (New England Team) but, I came away with something more then 6 buck.

I learned NEVER make a value play on a company that management doesn't own the shares directly. Intel will continue to buy weak company and structure the deal like this one. (All cash deal) Look for this in the future. As computing become cheaper, technology companies will find it harder to grow revenues, larger will buy weaker companies, especially if their shares are held by indivuals. This inturn creates a case for the fund managers who want indivuals to go the mutual fund route. (professional money managers) The risk in buying value technology stocks (or any for that matter any equity) are all of the concerns above and the fact that talented people usually work with other talented people. Intel, Cisco, Microsoft, Sun didn't get to the top having idiots working for them. Buy these companies and stay away from company like Shiva and especially from crooks like Zucco.

I made money on this deal. I bought alot at 3.75 but most lost alot and I'm trurly sorry for them. Good luck to all that have invested in Shiva.

Mark, Gabor and others "what a loooong strange trip it's been".
