There is a multitude of reasons why CYCH isn't at $20.00. Just pick your favorite, (market uncertainty, burst of internet bubble, etc. etc.) The most telling buy opportunity would be an increase in volume. Average daily volume is 1 Million shares, on Friday CYCH only traded about 160,000. When the buying comes back to this stock we should see 20 again. Buy it, put it away, and forget about it.
