It's a different tailings mine the minister mentioned. I just posted the article because it sounded like a positive statement by the Zaire government's committment to do business and also that the rebel fighting is so far away from the mining district that it has no impact. It seems that rebel flair ups have had a negative impact on ILP's share price.
