Glenn: Siemens, its main Customer (other than NN) is winding down its
agreements with CKY. Siemens certainly needs Net Mgt software
like the other Telcos. Why would Siemens do that if CKY was a state of the art Net MGmt Software Co.? It is more likely that they have an alternate source.

The Company's report only talked of technical agreements with a hosts of players. Many high tech start ups arrange to have these agreements with the dominant players as part of their name dropping Strategy. Many of these agreements remain dormant for a long time without any exchange of revenue.

Working on deals, capturing new Partners, making new goals and aiming to be a dominant supplier are fine and dandy but not Investment grade news that attract Dollars. Every start up has similar aims. Investors want to have hard facts about forward revenue & earnings growth.

Till such details are available, CKY may not make much headway.
