Now lets clarify.Is that just 10,0000 ordered or 10,000 delivered.Production for mass won't be until Sept-October 99 but orders of larger quantities (as they already have small scale orders) will start within two months.So if its just 10,000 orders then I say August 1st 1999.If its to supply then November- Dec 99.
