Mindmeld - There is an article entitled "Against These Newcomers, Cisco And Lucent Seem Slow" on page A6 of IBD for Monday, March 1, 1999. The article discusses terabit router startups. The article quotes Jeffries of Jeffries Research this way: "By the middle of this year, the market starts to happen. By the end of the year, it's a big deal."
