Funk has helped more newbies than anyone on SI. He gave you a very good suggestion, which was to scroll back on this thread and read the TONS of posts that are there on the subject of ISLD executions.

Operating Realtick 3 successfully takes more than a few hours of effort. It's more complicated than putting on your socks.

I suggest you check out: phactor.com for a total instruction course that leaves out nothing.
