re: "Mark Edelstone maintains a neutral rating on the stock, echoing the wait-and-see attitude of Wall Street."

M. Edelstone is shell shocked from his past experience with AMD. He was among the first and most bullish when the original K-6 was introduced. He apparently was in the dark when insiders were selling heavily and serious production/yield problems were yet to be announced. He changed firms, apparently under duress, and I would not be surprised if a condition of his employment at his new firm is to not say anything positive about AMD without getting special permission from his superiors. I would expect him to be late getting on the "bandwagon" for AMD if it ever gets underway. (I, obviously, think that it is about to start.) I AM TUNED!!!!

Regards,

DARBES

P.S. He is probably privately so positive on the stock as to be in pain from his self or externally imposed caution.
