Thanks Steve.... Yes...I have cable modem now...which is great..no phone lines... I am pricing out the DSL lines....here... I have the ethernet cards...so all set there! Temporarily, we are switching our home network to Linx (from NT) and dedicating a 266 Dell to the task...might speed things up a touch.. but think...moving to DSL will be the way to go...particularly if I invest in high end...investing..equipment...smile..Mary
