Looks like good moves to me. I lost as well, and quit at 8 when I heard the consolidation was behind plan. Went to the meeting and bought twice in the mid fives. Will get some more in the mid 4's and if it goes down some more in the 3's. This is not a low beta stock! I would have pushed on the consolidation of numbers heavier. They wanted critical mass as soon as possible. Who is right? There is ample reasoning for both courses of action. The advantage of what they did, however is they HAVE THE CRITIC MASS, and if someone wants in they have to deal with them. Let Budd do his thing. He came from nothing and can squeeze an eagle. JT did his thing and he is no longer there. Time to ride another horsee.
