Vancouver, B.C., February 24, 1999 - Mr. Altaf Nazerali, President and Chief Executive Officer of Colloquium Capital Corp. ("Colloquium") is pleased to announce that Colloquium has now closed the purchase of the shares of Imagis Cascade Technologies Inc. ("Imagis") and, as described in the VSE's Notice dated February 19, 1999, has satisfied the VSE's Qualifying Transaction requirements. Effective February 25, 1999, Colloquium will change its name to Imagis Technologies Inc. and its shares will begin trading on the Exchange as a venture company under the symbol "NAB". Imagis is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Colloquium.
