RTEV, I understand your post as meaning that should MSFT lose; and appeals; loses based upon the decision of 3 judges. Then who would have the option to bring the decision to all the 50 or so judges(does not make any sense to me). Does it go to the supreme court after that point or can it go directly to Supreme court after the ruling of the 3 judges? Thanks
