<<The company has never played to the stock price and it shouldn't start now -- no matter how frustrated it makes people on this board.<<

Trippi,
I know you've been around long enough to remember that the company has played, not to, but against the stock price (the secondary fiasco). Because it is a public company we all know that everything they do has a direct effect on the stock. I've always said BF's style is more suited for a private company. He's a superb manager and businessman, but dancing with the investment community hasn't seemed to be high on his agenda. However, as has been said, when the stock is your company's currency, you can't realistically divorce management methods from stock price. It sounds holy for management to say they never concern themselves with the price, but it just doesn't wash when the fact is you are a publicly traded corporation.

I remember this board having this same discussion about 2 yrs. ago. You've always been a good source of input on this thread. I always enjoy and consider every point you make. I added some more to my portfolio yesterday and I guess I'm in for the long haul.
