I agree. This is a good company - their major customers (Applied, Lam..etc) all seem to agree that AEIS is the technology leader when it comes to RF or DC power. although I notice people in this newsgroup debating RFPP as a competitor, the real competition is from privately owned ENI the only other MAJOR manufacturer of RF and DC power products (>$100M).

AEI's advantage lies not only in superior technology and reputation, but the strength of their management team. I suspect this stock stays undervalued because Doug Schatz is not one to court the financial markets, or to do anything flashy in public. But he and his management group have developed a culture and working environment that attracts and retains some of the best people in the power supply business.

They seem to be the clear leader in DC power supplies, followed by ENI, while their positions are reversed in RF. I believe they will win there too.

Buying now has to be a good deal. I can't think of any earthly reason that this stock should trade any lower (although it has). Chart them on the same graph as AMAT and Lam and note the similarities. they will tend to follow their major customers as many component suppliers at this tier often do.
