They are bombarding every family in Fremont. I received a postcard from TCI@Home with a $50 off incentive. I called them twice. After 20 minute wait I gave up last night. This morning, after another 30 minute wait, I was able to talk to a representitive. She has scheduled me a installation NEXT SUNDAY. They are mailing this postcard to every family in my community. My neighbor got it too. She said they are experiencing growing pains and the company just hired another 50 representitives to handle the massive amount of calls. I would say she is very patient with me and her service is excellent. I will update you after they installed for me. Time to say Bye Bye to AOL.
