Wish I knew more about this but I am in the dark. I believe Chuca said not too long ago that mining claims are nothing more than Quit Claim Deeds from the BLM. Am I quoting you correctly Chuca? Anyway I have no idea how they would be treated in the bankruptcy. If they are treated like real estate than maybe Phoenix would get them back. If they are treated the same as any other asset then they may not get them back. Maybe we have an attorney out there who would like to provide some legal insight.
