Well, Blue, a man out here in Vacaville was killed the other night by a cow which flew through his windshield and hit him. Imagine being killed by a flying cow! So I certainly understand why deer would become pests pretty fast. I have swerved the car before to avoid killing even squirrels and pigeons, so I guess it is an instinct. Do hunters swerve to avoid killing small animals on the road? Maybe it's just my vegetarian wanna be side coming out.
