He called it a mo mo ,, and I let my members know, a such mo mo was taking place in the #daytraders,,,, meanwhile, I looked at the co web site and their alliances, I was impressed,,
When the volume went off and saw entire float turn and price go no where , I was dissappointed,,
I wanted to get to the bottom of it all .. so I asked to meet with ceo ,, since they were in Long Island and I was in the city,, they came to my office,,
I asked him about their technology ,, what they were exactly selling ,, the answer was very impressive,, their propriety technology is to compress data ,, for transmission as well as storage ,,a whole new concept ..
I asked them who are their clients,, and they gave me names,, such as MCI ,, and some healthcare management compay ,, etc ,,
I asked them .. what are their ,, revenue ,, forecasts were,, the answer was that they hope to be green ,, end 1999 ,, and would not elaborate further..
I asked them how much cash they had,, again,,answer was some 4 mill from last placement,, and feel they can survive till revenue kicks in and are not looking for additional financing,,
I asked them where did all these float came from , as people in the day trading rooms were buying ,, like crazy,, they answered that they did not know,, and they themselves were surprised, and had no idea what was going on ,, as they were on a flight coming back from west coast..
They also had a meting with NASD,, to answer delisting enquiries,, which they hope to turn in their favour..
For now I will only look at it ,, even though the technology ,, explained to me by the ceo made sense ,, with delisting ,, funny business in float rotation,,, |
