I served as counsel to a friend in a $70k arbitration suit against a securities firm. - I'm a CPA. Not a lawyer. And their lawyer came from a top Wall Street firm. Needless to say, I was shouted down by the lawyer & panel multiple times. My friend was going to kill me. But guess what... my friend won the case. - So no matter how stupid MSFT looks. The Clinton Democrats have to still show how these Billion $$$ behemoths - AOL, NSCP, SUN, etc... were damaged. And I predict they're not going to be able to do it.
