To the thread: I have an idea for an experiment; say, all of us, buy around 3:45-4:00 on Monday 100 shares; we send in the orders in the fifteen minute time frame. What would be the impact on closing; I think it would be tremendous and interesting to see how powerful the longs are on this thread. That is, if no ipo is announced monday before the bell. There is little downside risk; and a great deal of upside potential; but even more importantly, we can get a glimpse of our collective power. The shorts won't take advantage of it, because at this point, ipo could come at any time; so it would be foolish to make a short bet. On the other hand, our strength would be translated into a strong finish: with all the psychological advantage that would have for the following morning. Just a thought; but would like to get some feedback. Regards, Stiltz1
