steve, Don't know how or if this effects us......sounds like an afis thing. Any history buffs remember the Florida Land Boom of 1925.....1926? People bought pieces of swamp land (23 lots per acre) knowing full well that it was worth very little....but that "a greater fool" would come along in a month and cash them out at a profit?........The biggest operator was a guy named Ponzi....... This is where the term "greater fool" came from.......The term Ponzi of course became associated with an inverted pyramid investment model. Anyhow.......a small hurricane tipped the scales in 1926...showing that Florida was not quite heaven all of the time........and the supply of "greater fools" dried up.......Ouch!.....Values reverted back to real value....and of course everybody then involved took a bath.
