David ... you are right ...they are not quite up to date... ...with their filings. But a few months is peanuts to catch up to compared with YSCO -- both in cost and time. Cost wise - I would estimate $2500-4000 tops. YSCO = $48,000.00 So did you actually speak to: Joseph Visconti, Pres. Stephen M. Samberg, Chmn./CEO Ronald S. Hoffman, VP-Fin./Secy. Nick J. Dmytryszyn, CFO/CAO. any of the above? FWIW - I have >>>They have had NO volume in the last 5 days.<<< well that is not true becuz i picked up a few more shares the other day. as for volume...I sat on my cheap YSCO shares for a couple of months with no volume....I am a patient man. >>>>They have tons of debt they<<<<<< be specific David...tell us how much debt they have. I told you how much debt that YSCO has...and what I said was info given me by Jonathan. Do they have problems ... you bet they do! Most of these penny companies do. So...tell me ... after talking to them ... what makes you think they are going to go out of business? With 3.2 million shares OS ....they are...in my opinion a more attractive play. If they dont make it... they probably will have loss carryforward and an attractive share structure for a reverse merger. Besides - I have profits from YSCO and gotta put them somewhere. Anyway just my thoughts...and I'm not always right. [I'm just small potatoes.] You wont be hearing many more of my thoughts for awhile cuz this is Orthodox Lent and my father confessor said he still sees $$ signs in my eyes ... so I will be laying low until after Pascha [Easter] which is April 11th. I do have one more company that I will be profiling on SI and in my newsletter...that is a commitment I need to fulfill. If tempatation gets the better of me....I suppose you will all know :( One other thing - FWIW -- you would never find me saying I did DD on any company...that is the most abused word on SI. And those who boast of having done DD are often found out to be full of tulipachang. Lazarus
