why hold on, if you think it's overvalued?

Large capital gains taxes?

The extreme difficulty of timing both the top and the bottom?

Being overvalued has never in and of itself caused a stock to decline, and being undervalued has never in and of itself cause a stock to rise. There are plenty of overvalued favorite stocks and undervalued ignored stocks.

Look at Toll Brothers (TOL). This stock is such a value, why has in a year-long downtrend? According to Yahoo: biz.yahoo.com
